Returns and Refunds
Most of the items we have for sale are vintage in nature and are sold without any warranty. In exceptional cases and at our discretion we accept returns within 10 days of receiving the order, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags or sealed, and in its original packaging.
You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, it will be your responsibility to send the package and provide us with a shipping number so we can track the status of the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Italy, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order (and take some photos) upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@vintagetoysbox
